How to add an image
Step 1: Click Media in the Drupal menu on the left side of the screen
Step 2: Click the blue Add media button near the top of the page
Step 3: Click Image
Step 4: Click Choose File to upload your image
Select the image file from your computer. The maximum file size is 100 megabytes.
Step 5: Fill in the fields
- Name (required)
- Alternative text or Decorative (required)- If the image is essential to understanding the page content, write Alternative text for screen readers. Otherwise, check Decorative.
- Caption
- Credit
Step 6: Save and publish
How to add a video
Step 1: Click Media in the Drupal menu on the left side of the screen
Step 2: Click the blue Add media button near the top of the page
Step 3: Click Remote Video
Step 4: Enter the Remote Video URL. The URL must be from YouTube or Vimeo
Step 5: Save and publish
How to add a document
Step 1: Click Media in the Drupal menu on the left side of the screen
Step 2: Click the blue Add media button near the top of the page
Step 3: Click Document
Step 4: Fill in the fields
- Name (required)
- Summary (required)
- Document Type
- Display Date
- Description

How to edit media on your site

Step 1: Click Media in the Drupal menu on the left side of the screen
Step 2: Use the search and/or filter to find the media item
- Type the name or search term in the Media name field
- Use the available filters to narrow your search:
- Type filter (documents, images, or remote videos)
- Published status filter (published or unpublished)
Step 3: Click the Edit button
Step 4: Make changes as needed and Save
Change the name or upload a different file (for documents and images).
