How to use a Callout

A Callout showcases a tagline, mission, or short statement. Callouts bring attention to a section of content that should stand out or feel special.

  • Use only on a Landing PageThe Callout is not available on other page types.
  • Use a Callout to create a short introduction on a Landing Page.
  • Add a photo to a Callout to highlight an agency initiative or as a way to showcase a featured quote.
  • Get creative! Although this component is simple, it has a lot of potential.

Required fields

1. Title – 75 character max

The Title is a heading that introduces the Callout. It can optionally be hidden on screen.

2. Description – 600 character max

The Description is the text of the tagline, mission, or short statement. It can include multiple sentences and can include links. The description is best suited for multiple sentences, not multiple paragraphs. 

Optional fields

1. Image

Use an optional image to draw more attention to the Callout. 

  • The image size is 240x240 pixels (1:1 aspect ratio).
  • The Image will automatically be cropped to a circle shape.

When to consider something else

Use a Promo when you need to feature a prominent link rather than a simple text link in a Callout.
